Let's face it, you're going to drink this St. Patrick's Day weekend. But that doesn't mean you have to struggle through a hangover the next morning.
Many anti-hangover powders, pills and miracle beverages promise you'll feel great, even after a night full of fun.
So let's take a look at some of the best hangover cures:
Claim: Drink up to an hour before or while drinking to help neutralize and process the toxins that contribute to hangovers. Drink one bottle per four drinks.
Review: I've tried Never Hungover and it did actually work surprisingly well for me. Based on its ingredients, being high in B vitamins and mile thistle which supports liver health, Never Hungover does have a good chance of delivering on its promises.
Claim: Mix one pouch with water and drink just before going to bed and again in the morning to help rehydrate and replace lost electrolytes from drinking.
Review: Each pouch contains six times the electrolytes (including sodium potassium, magnesium, citrate, and chloride) of the average sports drink. Primarily designed to hydrate athletes, it can also help ease post-drink dehydration. And if it's good enough for professional athletes, it's probably good enough for the average drunk.
Bytox Hangover Prevention Patch
Claim: Stick the patch on a hairless spot of your body at least 45 minutes before consuming alcohol and keep it on for at least eight hours after you stop, and the patch will replenish lost vitamins and acids.
Review: If you would rather do a patch than any other alternative, this is the way to go. It has tons of B vitamins, and I've heard first-hand from a few people that it's worked for them.
